Today we had a play date with Reed and Rylie. Reed is almost 6 months old and Rylie is 3. Amber and Brayden had a nice visit with Cara and Reed while Rylie and I played in Rylie's room. The boys really aren't interested in each other yet, but the day will come when they will have a great time playing together.
As you may remember my camera was putting spots on my pictures. When I got home I contacted Panasonic and they had me send my camera to them. Since it was still under warranty they said they would replace it with a new camera rather than repair it. The turn around time was amazingly quick, so I was without a camera for only a few days. If you are wondering about the camera, it is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS6. It's a great camera with a fantastic zoom and close up capabilities. Thank you Panasonic!
It's time for the Western Washington Shop Hop 2010. Stores from Lynden to Vancouver, Washington participate. Each store gives away an 8" block pattern and 3 pieces of fabric. The fabrics were designed especially for Shop Hop by In The Beginning Fabrics and Clothworks. Today I went to Fourth Corner Quilts to help them put their block kits together. We made 1500, with another 1000 that can be put together if they should need them. This is a lot of work for each of the shops, but it also brings in lots of business over these 5 days.
