As the saying goes, "If you build it they will come." Well, in this case it was "fill it" and they will come. I realized that I didn't have my bird feeder filled. I had the food, just had forgotten to put it out. I no more had the feeder filled and gone back in the house and the birds were there. It's like they were just watching and waiting. Here are a few pictures of our feathered friends.
The is a male Rufous Hummingbird. As you know these little guys move very FAST. I never could catch him in flight and he always had his back turned to me.
