Fourth of July

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!
We had a wonderful week on Whidbey Island for the Fourth holiday. As you can see we had a very full camp this time. I'm  not sure we have ever had this many rigs in camp at once. Starting from the left you will see our motorhome, Jennie and Will's trailer, Dave and Amy's trailer, Norm and Rosemary's motorhome, Brad and Robin's fifth wheel, and Rhonda and Jason's motorhome. What you can't see is Max and Debbie's trailer in front of Brad and Robin. Just couldn't get everyone in the picture.
The boys are getting pretty good at making their BBQ Pizza. Today we had Drunkin' Shrimp and Smoked fish. Yummmmmmm.

 Delicious deserts!

Ron, Jennie and David played some Pickleball. I am very frustrated with Blogger about now as I have spent way to much time trying to get the pictures lined up here. Now the pictures of Ron and David have gone to the  bottom of this post and I can't get them back up  here. Grrrrrrrr! After looking online I see that others are also having this problem. So, creativity is gone and the remainder of the pictures  will just be in a row like in the older version.
We went to the Coupeville Farmer's Market. Lots of vendors and shoppers on this weekend!
Here's the Sho Nuff BBQ. The line was really long waiting for this good food.

Julie brought Rylie to the island for a visit. She had so much fun playing in the water. She had shoes to wear in the water, so that was OK, but we didn't think she would get totally soaked! Good thing Julie brought extra clothes.

Rylie loved watching the ferry come and go and the people getting on and off. She said that when she grew up and could drive a car she was coming back and driving on the ferry. Lots of thinking going on for a 2 year old.
The boys are cooking again. This time we had breakfast paninis.

Rosemary brought a new craft project for us to try. It is called "Pricking". You use a pattern to poke holes in a heavy paper and then you sew the design with shiny thread. Blogger did it to me again, as there should be a picture of one of the cards right next to this picture. Now it's gone!
 A walk on the beach.

The Salish. It's the Chetzemoka's twin and had it's maiden voyage on Friday July 1.

This is a submarine being escorted into Puget Sound.
 The Chetzemoka
The boys dug clams today so we are having clams on the half shell and barbecued fish for dinner. We never go hungry in this camp.

A walk on the beach on a beautiful day!
