Happy St. Patrick's Day

Since it was pretty hot today we decided to cook our Corned Beef and Cabbage in the crock pot outside. I looked at allrecipes.com and they said to cook it for about 4 hours and then add the vegetables and cook for another hour. It sure looks pretty. The big chunks of cabbage cooked down, so you can only see one in the picture. Other than that it turned out perfectly.
Keith and Sheral came over to join us for a St. Patrick's Day Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner. Of course we had to play some cards afterwards and the men won every game. Hmmm, how did we let that happen Sheral?
Sheral brought the fruit salad. Oops, not in the picture, and the Irish Soda Bread to complete our dinner.
