Tonight there is a "Supermoon". That means that the moon is closer to the earth than at any other time. It appears to be about 14% bigger and 30% brighter. Unfortunately we had a little haze tonight, so I didn't get the best picture. The last time we had a Supermoon was in 1992 and it won't happen again until 2016.
