It was a beautiful start to our day with the rainbow leading the way. We stopped at a rest area to say our final goodbyes to our traveling companions Keith, Sheral, Doris and Don. They will continue on to Olympia today and we will be stopping in Coberg, Oregon at the Monaco factory.

and then the big rigs began to arrive and park around us. We were here to get a new windshield. Ours had started to crack and the crack was growing and was by now almost half way across the windshield. As we soon learned, after talking with the other coach owners, ours was an easy fix. Ron has always said, "The bigger the rig the bigger the problems." He found this to be especially true after talking and listening to conversations in the lounge.
It took most of one day to fix the windshield and by now it was raining. We decided not to head out in the late afternoon rain, so we spent another night at the factory.
